Returns & Exchanges
At Solutions Dept., customer service is our primary concern. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within (30) business days from purchase; and we will gladly provide an exchange, credit or refund depending on the circumstances. We respectfully request that any returns be reported and pre-authorized prior to mailing any item back to us. We will assign a RETURN AUTHORIZATION number, which must be written on the outside of the box. ANY items returned without this authorization number, listed on the outside of the box, will be refused.
Please contact us by email email@example.com or by telephone 248-886-0668, to receive a return authorization number. If you would like an EXCHANGE, we will process the exchange order and send your replacement item(s) free of shipping charges. It is our policy to refund the cost of merchandise only; your shipping charges are not refundable.
